Eric P. Daigle, J.D.
Attorney Daigle specializes in Civil Rights litigation and Law Enforcement Operations Consultant. Attorney Daigle also conducts training on use of force standards, including electronic control weapons and responses to force/deadly force incidents. Attorney Daigle acts in his capacity as a Law Enforcement Consultant providing guidance and oversight to department command staff on operations, force response, and risk management. He has served as an expert witness in use of force cases and has reviewed use of force incidents around the Attorney Daigle serves as a member of independent monitoring teams and acts as an auditor in reviewing police department organizational compliance with procedural revisions directed or overseen by the Federal court system.

Carrie Hill, J.D.
Attorney Hill has been actively involved in corrections for over twenty-five years. Since leaving her position as general counsel for the Utah Department of Corrections, she has focused on providing training and consulting on national, regional, state and local levels for a variety of private and public entities, such as American Jail Association, Americans for Effective Law Enforcement, Institute for the Prevention of In-Custody Death, National Institute of Corrections and National Sheriffs’ Association. Attorney Hill provides experienced guidance in the form of legal advice, expert witness services and legal consultation for correctional facilities. She is also the former editor of Corrections Managers’ Report.

Kris E. Pitcher
Commander with LAPD, with years of experience in the LAPD’s Force Investigation
Division, which was created in 2001 to comply with a consent decree with the Justice Department. Capt. Pitcher has a host of knowledge on the investigation of officer involved shootings and best practices in the industry. He also works as a consultant across the country as a Consultant of OIS Investigations.

Jamie Borden
Officer Borden has six years as a Use of Force Instructor, firearms instructor, Taser
instructor and Defensive Tactics Instructor with the Henderson Police Department, Officer Jamie Borden is currently work in the position of “Use of Training and Analysis Officer. Jamie is a Certified Analyst and has obtained the Advanced Specialist Certification in human factors from The Force Science Institute. Jamie has been deposed as an expert in human factors, Use of Force, Video Analysis and police procedure related to police officers in a critical incident primarily in Arbitrations. Jamie is currently on staff with the Force Science Institute.

Grant Fredericks
Mr. Fredericks is a contract instructor of video sciences at the FBI National Academy and is one of the most experienced video experts in North America. Grant is a Certified Forensic Video Analyst, who has testified as an expert witness over 130 times in courts at all levels. He is recognized as a leading instructor in the science of Photographic/Video Comparison, Reverse Projection and Vehicle Speed Analysis.

Daniel King
Daniel King has been a police officer with the Henderson Police Department since 1998. He has worked as a Patrol Officer, K9 Handler, SWAT Handler and Training Officer. Since 2012, he has been responsible for conducting administrative investigations into officer-involved shootings, use-of- force and critical incidents. Those lessons are incorporated back into reality based training. He is a Use of Force, Instructor Development, Excited Delirium, and Master Taser Instructor. He is also a firearms trainer for his department. Daniel is an Advanced Force Science Specialist and Certified Litigation Specialist in Police Use of Force.
